Sleeping 8 (with the option of an additional 2 children under 11 on request), the villa is decorated in a characterful island style, with wooden beamed ceilings, tiled flooring and cosy interiors that reflect the rustic country surroundings. A large open-plan living area and dining room is your gateway to the shady thatched terrace. Perfect for al fresco summer evenings, there’s a big outdoor dining table and comfortable rattan sofas, as well as table tennis for entertainment. The lovely villa gardens lead down to a large stone pool terrace – furnished with sun beds and nesting chairs, the swimming pool can be heated on request for an additional cost. A classic country-style kitchen and king size bedroom with terrace access completes the ground floor. Four further bedrooms can be found on the first floor of the property – there are two twins which share access to a bathroom, and two spacious king size bedrooms, each with their own private en suite. Every bedroom follows a contemporary, but rustic, style, and one of the king size bedrooms includes access to its own private pool view balcony. For shops, supermarkets and traditional restaurants, beautiful Pollença town is just over 2km from the villa - your nearest beach is Playa del Port de Pollença, a 9km drive from the property.
