About the villa

Ca’n Tulipan is a beautifully restored and characterful farmhouse set in approximately 90,000 square metres of oak forest and land cultivated with fruit and olive trees. There are stunning views over the surrounding hills and farmland, yet Puerto Pollensa, with its sandy beaches, shops and restaurants, is less than 3 kilometres away. The secluded pool and nearby pool house provide the ideal place to relax in the Mallorcan sun. The house boasts many original features, such as the open fireplace in the living room, which has French doors that open onto the gardens, filling the room with natural light.

The house is perfect whatever the weather, with the kitchen area opening out onto a covered terrace with a barbecue, and dining room equipped with a wood burning stove. There is a double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor, with an en suite master bedroom and two further twin bedrooms on the top floor. For larger parties, the annexe provides additional living space.
