The vine-covered stone exterior is instantly charming – and carries through to the gorgeous landscaped gardens and outdoor patio area. Complete with a built-in barbecue and outdoor sink, the patio includes a generous shaded dining table that looks across to views of the private swimming pool. Adjoined to the outdoor dining area, a conservatory lounge/dining room includes doors that indulgently open out for the summer heat – styled with the same patio floor, this open space connects the main house to the garden, and comes complete with another dinner table, TV and sofa. Through the lounge is the villa’s farmhouse-style kitchen. It’s spaciously open-plan and includes a small round breakfast table with all the mod cons expected of a contemporary kitchen – whether it’s the gas oven, double sinks, coffee machine or microwave. Bedrooms are on the first floor, and are a choice of a double or two twins (two come equipped with an en suite bathroom).
