The villa is also within easy reach of further atmospheric villages of Orient, Deia and Valldemossa.  Palma, the island's thriving and lively capital is conveniently accessible by train, perfect for a day out sightseeing in the old city with its cathedral, cafes, excellent shopping, galleries and beaches.
