About the villa

Beautifully restored and renovated Perigordine farmhouse hamlet made up of three buildings, two are restored two hundred year old houses and the third a modern glass Pavilion around a courtyard with olive trees on fourteen hectares with sweeping views of the rolling hills. It is furnished with an eclectic mix of French classical and contemporary pieces complemented by curated artwork and historical elements throughout affording a comfortable sophisticated 'home away from home'. The property is surrounded by woods and fruit trees with indoor and outdoor seating/dining to experience the best of the French countryside. Rural yet close to charming villages with amenities including boulangerie, supermarket and restaurants highlighted by the beautiful UNESCO listed medieval market towns of Perigueux and Sarlat.

Important information

Please note that not all rooms will be available for lower occupancies at this villa. When the property is booked for 4 people or less for dates between 27 March - 18 June 2021 & 25 September - 29 October 2021, only Grape Cottage and the Pavillion are included. Both cottages can be rented during this period but at an additional cost.

A helpful guardian lives on site to assist as required.

There are some unprotected drops from the pool terrace around the swimming pool - young children need to be supervised.

It is possible to gate the staircase in the Pavilion for groups with younger children.
