Within easy reach of the Baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa, Mare di Modica is an impressive property privately positioned in a residential area with lawned gardens and mature trees with sea views. The accommodation is divided into two villas set side by side offering cool, comfortable and contemporary interiors. The layout of the accommodation lends itself ideally to several families holidaying together. Each of the nine bedrooms between both properties is beautifully styled in very attractive coastal style and all fitted with air conditioning, and with state of the art shower rooms. The living areas at both properties are set up steps from the pool terrace area with some bedrooms underneath accessed via steps down from the pool terrace. Outside High Season, either property can be taken for smaller groups of up to 10 (the Main Villa) or 8 (the Small Villa) with the second property remaining closed.
