The property itself has three spacious super king size double bedrooms located on the ground floor, each with their own en suite shower room, and also on this floor is a twin bedroom (with two double beds) with shower room en suite and a utility room.  The first floor has a bathroom and an open plan living/kitchen area with a mezzanine level offering extra seating which can be used as a day bed. The light and contemporary living area opens out to a lovely south facing covered terrace with cushioned seating and a spacious dining looking out to sea. Behind the house and in an elevated position is the pool terrace with private heated pool. Next to the pool is a pool house with a fully equipped summer kitchen, BBQ and covered dining area, with WiFi throughout.
