About the villa

A beautiful villa in a blissful setting, this handsome house is poised on coastal slopes between two headlands, about a fifteen minute walk from the lovely little harbour of St Stephano. A paved and stepped pathway, lit at night, meanders down through the grounds to a tree-shaded beach, which is otherwise accessible only from the sea, and is served by a small beach house with a barbecue, fridge and solar-powered shower. Stunning views of this sleepy bay are uninterrupted from the villa’s innately elegant rooms and expansive terraces, where a large and lovely infinity pool is set to one side of the house, and an ornate stone fountain adorns the other.
The Bay Estate oozes opulence from its lustrous marble floors to its modern crystal chandeliers, and matches supreme comfort with superb service, including chef and concierge services in high season weeks. A contemporary classic, it is also a welcoming island home, designed to be enjoyed.

Important information

The house is recommended for a maximum of 12 guests but can accomodate up to 14 on request.

The owner of the property you are staying in will either visit you on arrival or will be available by phone during your stay. Contact details will be sent with your travel documents.

BOAT HIRE

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Car Hire and/or transfers: As this house is featured in our Private Collection, car hire and transfers are not included. Please ask for a quotation.
