About the villa

A fresh, bright and contemporary villa, the aptly named White Beach House is just a few steps from the beach below; and styled throughout in crisp white, with splashes of colour in fabrics and quirky artworks. A thoroughly modern villa, with WiFi, underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout, it offers exceptional social space in an ideal arrangement for two families or a group of friends. At ground level, a living room opens out to a seafront sundeck and the little heatable pool, and there is a sheltered al fresco dining area, served by a built-in barbecue.

An open-air staircase leads from here to the two upper floors, both with two en suite bedrooms, and each with its own stylish kitchen, dining area, sitting room and balcony. A rooftop sunbathing terrace crowns the villa, which enjoys a scenic rural spot, 3km from Podgora and just a two minute walk from local shops and restaurants in Drasnice. For exploration further afield, the lovely port town of Makarska is a 12km drive away, with a characterful old town area, seaside promenade, beaches, nightlife, and ferries to the island of Brac.

Important information

Please note it is not possible to get to the villa by car, the parking is 50m from the villa.

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
