There’s a long dining table for up to 14 guests and comfortable seating area around the satellite television; the modern kitchen has a marble worktop and island with further seating for breakfast, as well as all the expected facilities. The terrace has further comfortable seating, table tennis and an impressive pool with Jacuzzi and an in-pool basketball hoop. An exciting games room has a basketball pitch in place of the ceiling, an ice-hockey table and a great selection of arcade games providing hours of fun for all the family.  Four spacious double bedrooms, all of which are en suite, complete the ground floor.
