With endless views of the Mediterranean Sea, this villa is the perfect retreat for a large family or groups of friends alike. Set close by to the centre of the resort, Villa Hypnos boasts a large infinity pool with accompanying Jacuzzi, and a covered al fresco dining and lounge area with built-in barbecue to experience outdoor living at its best. With marble floors, neutral tones and modern facilities, this villa is furnished in a blend of traditional Cypriot design and contemporary style. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living room has direct access to the covered terrace and the exclusive swimming pool. There is also a double bedroom with en suite shower room on the ground floor. Three more bedrooms can be found on the upper level. The master double bedroom features a private bathroom with separate shower; two double bedrooms, one of them opening to terrace, and both with shower rooms en suite, complete the first floor. The lower ground floor contains a utility room and a double bedroom with en suite shower room. This wonderful villa is a walk away from the Village Square and 15 minutes’ by complimentary shuttle bus to Zias Beach Club at Avdimou Beach.

Breakfast & half board options
For an additional charge it is possible to take breakfast at the Golf Club House and then lunch and/or dinner at the following hotel restaurants: Pithari Tavern, Zimi Restaurant, Anoi Pub or Gate to India. ( Subject to seasonal operations with set menu or allowance). Please note that children under 12 years receive a 50% reduction in the supplement.
