This beautiful and homely villa is the perfect property for relaxation. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and a stylish and comfortable living/dining room opening through French doors out onto both a veranda furnished for relaxing and al fresco meals, and a terrace with sun loungers and soft seating at the front of the house. Three of the bedrooms are found on the first floor, while the fourth is found on the lower ground floor, ideal for those looking for a little more privacy. The master bedroom is found on the first floor, with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi bath, alongside two double bedrooms with shower rooms en suite. On the lower ground floor a spacious double bedroom with en suite shower room opens directly onto the pool terrace with private infinity pool, perfect for soaking up the St Lucian sun. The villa is just a short drive from the shops, bars and restaurants of Rodney Bay, while Cotton Bay beach is even closer.

The great advantage of a Caribbean villa holiday is that holidays can commence on any day and duration is also flexible. The minimum stay is 5 nights, so villas can be booked for 8, 9, 10, 11 nights etc. Special conditions apply for Christmas and New Year. Please enquire for a full tailor-made quotation.
Please note children under 12 are accepted only if parents or guardians sign a waiver.
Stays of minimum 7 nights are required between 18 December 2021 - 03 January 2022. 7 night stays should be EITHER Christmas or New Year. Stays of more than 7 nights but less than 14 nights are accepted if the stay also spans either Christmas or New Year.
For parties up to 2 people, one bedroom will be available, up to 4 people two bedrooms will be available, up to 6 three bedrooms will be available. This does not apply for the Christmas and New Year period from 18 December 2021 - 03 January 2022. For this period all rooms will be available.
100% cancellation fee applies for any booking cancelled 60 days or less before departure for travel between December 15th - April 14th inclusive. For all other periods 100% cancellation fee applies for any booking cancelled 45 days or less before departure.
The villa comes equipped with 3 sets of golf clubs, 1 for ladies and 2 for gents plus as a guest of Villa Paradisso, you also receive a 10% discount off green fees at the St. Lucia Golf and Country Club.
