Rustic simplicity is at the heart of this 9-bedroom property, a restored former farmhouse near Montalcino (the villa is just 10km from the village). Decorated in an elegant style that’s typical of the region, the house is both classic and traditional inside – an assortment of antique furniture brings the old-age feel to the property, while the radiant palette of Tuscan oranges and pastel pinks add to the regional character. It’s simple, but stunning. A charming garden makes the most of the quiet location, with spacious outdoor sitting areas and views that drink in the Val d’Orcia valley. There’s a private swimming pool for maximum indulgence, with outstanding views, loungers, and umbrella shades to encourage relaxation.  

The main house consists of a spacious two-floor layout – the ground floor, which includes a large dining room and fireplace-dominated living room, also has a classic open-style kitchen that leads out to a furnished veranda for al fresco meals. Five spacious bedrooms can be found in the main house – a four-poster double bedroom on the ground floor, and one master, two doubles and one twin on the first. The first floor rooms all include air-conditioning for the hot Tuscan summers, and two have the luxury of a private en suite bathroom. An adjoining guest house sleeps a further 8 people; three double bedrooms and a twin, which all come luxuriously furnished with an en suite bathroom.
