About the villa

This wonderful modern villa has been designed to make the most of the incredible coastal views, with wide terraces and large glass doors throughout. The pool terrace features a private infinity pool with hydromassage area and is furnished with loungers and bean bag chairs, the perfect spot to admire the stunning sunsets that can be seen from this property. Inside, the villa is light and airy, with large picture windows really bringing the views indoors. On the lower ground floor there is a kitchen and living room opening out to the gardens and pool terrace with panoramic vistas. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, each with either an en suite bath or shower room.

The first floor is occupied by a double bedroom with shower room en suite, and access to a private terrace. The stylish interiors complement the minimalism of the architectural style, without sacrificing comfort or luxury. As well as the excellent pool area, the property has a large and elegant Mediterranean garden with a dining terrace to the side of the house, and a rear terrace with barbecue area. The house is within easy reach of both the beach and historic Marsala, where you can sample the dessert wine the town is famous for. The Florio wine cellar is well worth a visit, as are the mills in the Stagnone area.

Changeover day flexible but Saturday departure day preferred (minimum stay 7 nights).

Please note an additional bedroom has been added on the ground floor and the kitchen and living are now on the Lower Ground Floor are therefore not shown. The photographs will be updated shortly.
