In the gardens, there is ample comfortable seating and the pool is a pale turquoise, filling part of the lawned gardens. Essential facilities are in Sa Pobla but Pollensa is within 10 - 15 minute drive with a wide selection of restaurants, shops and boutiques with watersports, cycle hire in Puerto Pollensa a little further. Picturesque, lively Campanet is within 8km.  Our view is that this is a spacious and well equipped family property, within quick and easy access of a selection of towns and beaches for coast and country exploration.
