Located in one of the most desired locations in the Aphrodite Hills Resort, this property benefits from lovely views over the third and fourth fairway out towards the sea, as well as all the mod cons needed for a relaxing family holiday. There’s a large private swimming pool and a private tennis court, gym and sauna, as well as spa access, and kids club access for the little ones. This villa is perfect for outdoor living, with the pool featuring Roman steps and integrated Jacuzzi jets, and a large outdoor lounge and dining area with barbeque, perfect for family meals, parties or sunset drinks.
The spacious living/dining area has French doors providing direct access to the pool terrace, and leads through to a modern, well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room. There’s also an en suite bedroom to complete the ground floor, with Jacuzzi bath and dressing room. The magnificent stairway leads to the first floor and to four double bedrooms. The en suite master bedroom features a dressing room and a balcony where you can enjoy views across the fairways to the sparkling sea beyond. The other three bedrooms benefit from marble en suites and individual balconies with spectacular views.

Breakfast & half board options
For an additional charge it is possible to take breakfast at the Golf Club House and then lunch and/or dinner at the following hotel restaurants: Pithari Tavern, Zimi Restaurant, Anoi Pub or Gate to India. ( Subject to seasonal operations with set menu or allowance). Please note that children under 12 years receive a 50% reduction in the supplement. Available on request at an extra cost and payable before departure.
