About the villa

A lovely stone-built villa with serene views of the bay, Neptune nestles just above the rocky water’s edge. Positioned to enjoy the pleasures of peaceful Paxos at a leisurely pace, it is just 600m from the sandy beach and taverna at Mongonissi, 5km from yacht-spotting restaurant tables in Gaios, and within 10km of lively little harbours in the villages of Lakka and Loggos, but the villa’s somnolent setting may make lazy days ‘at home’ an irresistible option.
Outdoor living is thoughtfully planned with a private plunge pool, barbecue, sun-bathing verandas and a covered dining terrace; while indoor comfort includes an open-plan space of well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas; and there are three en-suite bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, one privately placed on the lower ground floor. Décor throughout is in crisp white and shades of grey, and the house offers daily maid service and has WiFi, satellite TV and a cool, contemporary style.

Important information

lease note that there is direct sea access at the front of the villa (200m) and children should therefore not be left unattended in the garden. Access to the sea is via rocks and steep ladder steps and may be slippery, care must be taken at all times and entry is at guests’ own risk.

UPGRADE TO SEA TAXI TRANSFERS

BOAT HIRE

Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked prior to departure. Early reservations are recommended, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.
