On the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen diner is raised a couple of steps above the sitting room, which opens out to a lovely loggia-style terrace, furnished for al fresco dining and lounging, and set beside the swimming pool. One of the three bedrooms also has doors to the poolside, two on the floor above have direct access to the upper terrace, and all are air-conditioned, equipped with the finest linens and individually styled. Conveniently close to amenities, the villa is just 3km from harbour-front cafés in picturesque Sivota, and 7km from Amousso beach.
