About the villa
With accommodation over two floors, this villa has bright and spacious living areas. On the ground floor there is a large, well-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living/dining room, with sliding glass doors flooding the space with light and opening out to the terrace and pool area. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and doors to the gardens and pool, while on the first floor you’ll find a second double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with sole use of the adjacent bathroom. 

Outside, the terrace is furnished with an outdoor lounge and dining area, perfect for al fresco dinner or drinks. The terrace overlooks the private swimming pool and has lovely views of the surrounding hills. The resort centre is within walking distance, where you’ll find facilities such as the spa, communal pools, restaurants and sports facilities, while sandy Playa da Maspalomas is just a short drive away.

Please note that a basic welcome pack will be provided for this property which differs from the CV Welcome Pack. Full information will be provided in your joining instructions or is available on request.

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
