A beautiful addition to our South of France portfolio, Villa Emilie is a striking modern property in a pretty location, just a 10 minute walk from nearby cafes, boutiques and restaurants in the pretty historic walled village of Vence. Inside this villa has an impressive double height atrium and floor to ceiling windows in the rooms on the front of the property welcoming in lots of light. Decorated in warm neutral shades, there’s an impressive modern sitting area on the ground floor with comfortable seating and an indoor dining table with room for all guests to eat together. All four bedrooms are supremely comfortable, and luxurious marble bathroom or shower rooms en suite;  one of the upstairs bedrooms open to the terrace which is furnished with tables and chairs, plus the villa’s own putting green.

Outside a shaded teak terrace runs the length of the villa, with an al fresco dining area and BBQ. The manicured lawn and the sunken private pool at its centre are ideal for families with children. Elsewhere kids can enjoy table tennis, table football and a playroom.

The services provided at this villa include a comprehensive pre-arrival concierge service to help you plan your perfect holiday, dedicated service in resort from the professional villa manager and daily housekeeping. A daily breakfast hamper is provided including cereals, fruit salad, yoghurts, eggs , fresh bread and pastries, oranges for juicing and one serviced meal per day (either brunch/lunch or dinner, according to your preference for each day) provided by your private chef, on 6 days out of 7, served with carefully selected wines with the option to upgrade to two serviced meals per day, 6 days per week if you wish.
