On the hillside above the island’s only 18 hole golf course, with views to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, this very stylish villa sits amid lush gardens of tropical trees. Its elevated setting and open architectural design allow the house to catch the cooling trade winds which cross this part of the island, and its contemporary twist on Caribbean colonial style brings superb levels of comfort to rather swish interiors. An open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room occupies the whole of the ground floor, with jalousie shutters opening out to a full length veranda, beautifully furnished with a sitting area and hammock. Steps from here lead down to a ten metre infinity pool, edged on three sides by sun decks with loungers, and gazing out to gorgeous views. The villa has three generously sized bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds for children, and two with four poster doubles, the master suite enjoying glimpses of Martinique from its big balcony. Villa Kessi includes cook service and is a ten minute drive from Rodney Bay and five minutes from the beach.
Important information
A refundable security deposit of US$1000 is due to be paid upon arrival.
There is a minimum stay of 7 nights for this property over the Easter, Christmas and New year period and a minimum stay of 3 for the remainder of the year.
For parties up to 2 people, one bedroom will be available, up to 4 people two bedrooms will be available. This does not apply for the Easter, Christmas and New year period, For this period all rooms will be available.
100% cancellation fee applies for any booking cancelled 60 days or less before departure.
