Positioned on a tree-studded hillside, Nicoletta overlooks the most stunning views of the Ionian Sea – every relaxation spot basks in the views, but they’re particularly special from the infinity pool and surrounding terrace area. There’s an easygoing charm to this three-bed property, which instantly envelops you into a welcoming home-away-from-home vibe. Built in a modern Corfiot design, the house makes the most of the island’s natural light with spacious interiors, classic white décor and large French windows  that drink in the views. Quaint apple-green shutters add to the charm of the outside, along with the stone-studded pool patio and gorgeous covered terraces.

The villa’s entrance is located on the ground floor, and leads into the large living room, dining area and kitchen space. This open-plan layout lends an indulgently spacious feel to the villa, made even better with the ocean facing views and adjacent furnished terrace. The white-focused lounge area is bright and comfortable, and there’s a good sized dining table seating 8. The kitchen area is well-equipped, and looks stylish against the white furnishings with its chrome fridge-freezer and eye-catching tiled splashboard. A generous double bedroom completes the ground floor level and includes a huge wardrobe, stylish chaise longue and a luxurious walk-in shower room. Doors from the bedroom also open onto the oceanfront terrace. A staircase leads down to the villa’s lower ground floor, where there are two further good sized bedrooms. Decorated in elegantly neutral tones, the large double has a shower room en suite, while the generous twin bedroom has a private bathroom and an additional sofa bed if required (for children only). Both rooms are beautifully presented, with French windows that lead out to the villa’s pool terrace.
