About the villa

Salvia is one of a pair of villas, newly built to extremely high standards. The property boasts both glorious sea views across to the mainland, and an enviable position perched above Nikiana with the pretty pebble beach and harbour restaurants within walking distance. The shops, restaurants and other amenities of Nikiana are only a short drive away.  The property has been designed to make the most of the panoramic views, with French doors in the living space and every bedroom opening onto either a terrace or balcony. 

The ground floor living space is light and modern, with a sitting room, kitchen and dining area and access to the pool terrace. Also on the ground level you’ll find a double bedroom with shower room en suite. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and the other an en suite bathroom, while the lower ground floor houses a play room with table tennis, table football and a TV and DVD player. Outside you’ll find the sunny private pool and patio area with loungers and parasols, along with an outside dining area.
