With colour-washed walls, shuttered windows and attractively arched covered terraces, the design of Kasomitria is typically Corfiot. And the location of the villa is equally inviting, a ten minute walk from Kerasia’s lovely beach, only a little further from St Stephano harbour, and a 6km drive from nightlife in Kassiopi. Set on the hillside above the sea, the villa encompasses six self-contained apartments, built across various levels so that each enjoys the exquisite views of the bay from its private balcony.Spiros is on the first floor of the building and has an air-conditioned twin bedroom, compact kitchen/diner, and bright little sitting room. Communal facilities for Kasomitria’s guests include a ten metre swimming pool, a built-in barbecue area, and a tennis court which is probably best suited to amateur players. Two or more of the apartments could be booked together for groups of friends.
